Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email to our customer service at support@haoyye.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email shortly.
If your order has not been shipped, we will arrange a full refund, and the money will be returned to your payment account. If the order is already in transit, we will contact the shipping company to recall the order and arrange a full refund. If the recall fails, please refuse delivery upon the arrival of your products from UPS or FedEx.
Order Refund
When you place an order online, we authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient credit is available. Refunds can only be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If the original payment method is no longer available, we can issue a store voucher equal to the refund amount.Once the refund is processed, the money will be returned to your original payment account.
Product Quality Issues
As an e-commerce platform, Haoyye ensures the strictest quality control.
We carefully assess all brands and their products. Products sold on Haoyye must adhere to their own quality control processes. However, we do not solely rely on their claims! When products arrive at Haoyye's warehouse, our qualified technicians inspect them to confirm they are correct, in perfect condition, and functioning properly.
Despite our efforts, sometimes issues may arise. That’s why we offer a warranty ranging from 2 to 6 months, depending on the supplier and product. For specific warranty details, please consult our customer service.
If the product you purchased from Haoyye has a problem, please note that as a wholesaler, we can offer you the option to return the faulty product for free repair/replacement or, in some cases, a full refund. If the product is unrepairable or the cost of return and repair is deemed too high (as assessed by our customer support team in collaboration with the relevant department), we will refund the payment to the original payment source.
